Satu lagi tapak pembuangan sampah baharu telah di buka di Kampung Kelicap, Senggarang, Batu Pahat, Johor. Kawasan pembuangan sampah tersebut terlalu dekat dengan rumah penduduk (sekitar 30m daripada rumah penduduk terdekat) dan mengabibatkan pencemaran bau dan alam sekitar (air dan udara). Jalan Raya juga menjadi kotor. Selain itu, penduduk berdekatan juga menghadapi masalah lalat yang terlampau banyak membiak.

Sebelum ini, tapak yang sama juga telah digunakan untuk membuang sampah oleh pihak majlis daerah dan telah ditutp 10 tahun kemudian. Pelbagai masalah telah dihadapi oleh penduduk kampung pada ketika itu. Kampung tersebut didiami oleh pelbagai lapisan masyarakat. Kesihatan penduduk kampung terjejas akibat pencemaran (sakit kulit dan masalah pernafasan sering diadu oleh penduduk ketika itu terutamanya golongan kanak-kanak dan orang tua). Selain itu, punca pendapatan daripada sektor pertanian dan perikanan turut terjejas akibat pencemaran air.

Pembukaan semula tapak pembuangan sampah terbabit akan membawa lebih banyak masalah kepada penduduk kampung. Penduduk kampung telah membuat bantahan, namun notis yang dikeluarkan kepada pemilik tanah oleh Pentadbir Tanah daerah batu Pahat hanyalah berkenaan pelanggaran syarat penggunaan tanah. Pemilik tanah disuruh menukar status tanah daripada pertanian kepada tanah perindustrian dalam tempoh 7 hari. Tiada arahan untuk menutup terus tapak pembuangan sampah terbabit.

Penduduk kampung telah membuat bantahan kepada beberapa pihak, namun tiada notis penutupan terus tapak pembuangan sampah terbabit dikeluarkan.

Saya bekerja sebagai Runner/Despatch. Kami penunggang motosikal agak kecewa dengan tindakan MPSJ ingin mengutip duit kami rata-rata purata pendapatan kami bawah RM1000.00.

Adakah motosikal menghalang lalu lintas, adakah motosikal mencacatkan pandangan kota kota. Telah berpuluh tahun x pernah dgr motosikal menghalang lalulintas. Kami runner parking sekejap sahaja untuk menghantar parcel, handle kami tidak lock, boleh tolong alihkan jika kereta terhalang sebentar.

Bandar-bandar di bawah tadbir MPSJ, parking motosikal amat terhad, kemudahan infrastruktur pun masih kurang terjaga, lot2 parking motosikal tersorok, disediakan ala kadar (yelah kami ni penunggang motosikal tak penting).

Mohon kerajaan kini kaji semula, adakah kami penunggang motosikal ini menyusahkan. Lebih lebih lagi dengan kos kehidupan yang kian meningkat masa kini, kini ditambah lagi dengan denda/kompoun baru untuk memberi pengajaran kepada rakyat.

Fikirkanlah inovasi yang menang menang, tambah baik dahulu infrastruktur yg sedia ada, bersihkan, cantikkan dan sediakan kemudahan yang lebih baik sebelum laksanakan perintah2 untuk mengkompoun.

Saya ingin membuat aduan mengenai masalah projek perumahan Taman Elmina (bermula pada 15/02/2013) yang tidak di siapkan dalam tempoh yang telah di janjikan dalam surat jual beli iaitu tarikh asal  15/02/2015. Kami pihak pembeli telah menghubungi pihak pemaju KOPERASI GURU-GURU MALAYSIA BERHAD bersama Obor Timur Sdn Bhd untuk mendapatkan status projek ini tetapi pihak pemaju tidak membuat sebarang pertemuan dengan pihak pembeli sehingga sekarang Jan 2019.

Pihak pembeli cuba menghubungi pemaju, akan tetapi pihak pemaju tidak dapat memberi sebarang penyelesaian. Berdasarkan status di kementerian perumahan Malaysia ( KPKT) projek ini telah di senaraikan di bawah projek sakit (SENARAI PROJEK-PROJEK PERUMAHAN SWASTA YANG SAKIT SEHINGGA 30 NOVEMBER 2018 KATEGORI LANDED).

Kami pihak pembeli telah menunggu selama 3 tahun tanpa sebarang penyelesaian dan  kos menyewa yang telah di belanjakan untuk tempoh 3 tahun dan seterusnya amatlah membebankan. Pihak pembeli berharap KGMB dan Obor timur dapat menyelesaikan masalah ini dengan segera, samada projek ini di teruskan atau pulangkan deposit 10% yg telah di ambil dari pihak pembeli.

Saya adalah salah seorang dari 50 orang pembeli rumah (dari 240 unit) apartment  kos sederhana Selaseh Cemerlang, Gombak. Saya telah beli apartment ini sejak tahun 2009 dan dijangka siap pada tahun 2011. Ternyata sehingga kini baru siap 60%. Pelbagai cara telah digunakan untuk memastikan projek ini siap:

1. membawa pemaju ke mahkamah untuk winding up dan meminta pihak ketiga untuk menyiapkan projek ini (white knight). Semasa kes mahkamah itu telah ada pun white knight yang sanggup siapkan apartmen ini. (pada tahun 2015)

2. menulis surat kepada KPKT untuk membuat perjumpaan dengan pemaju perumahan tetapi sehingga kini gagal (2016, 2017 dan 2018)

3. Berjumpa dgn ADUN Gombak untuk membantu mempercepatkan proses menyiapkan apartmen ini tetapi setelah dua pertemuan tiada apa-apa progress (2017 dan 2018)

Pemaju telah menuntut bayaran pada tahun 2016 atas progress kerja tetapi setelah disemak oleh LPPSA ternyata tiada progress kerja mengikut laporan arkitek, oleh itu LPPSA enggan membayar bayaran yang dituntut. Pemaju mengugut untuk membatalkan S&P jika gagal berbuat demikian. Saya telah pun menghantar surat kepada pemaju melalui peguam yang dilantik tetapi tiada maklumbalas dari pemaju sehingga sekarang.

Saya seorang ibu tunggal, mengidap penyakit kanser payudara dan akan bersara pada tahun ini, sehingga sekarang jika apartmen tidak siap, saya tidak tahu mana nak tinggal. Sejak tahun 2017, gaji telah dipotong untuk membayar pinjaman perumahan RM1500 sebulan. Saya sekarang terpaksa menyewa rumah dan membayar pinjaman perumahan dan perlu peruntukan untuk membayar kos perubatan penyakit sakit. saya sangat terbeban dengan masalah rumah ini yang masih terbengkalai.

Baru2 ini kami difahamkan terdapat masalah teknikal mengenai sistem pembentungan. Tapak pembentungan yang disiapkan mendapat bantahan dari penduduk setempat. Ini merupakan masalah teknikal yang sepatutnya pemaju selesaikan lebih awal lagi sebelum pembinaan.

Saya memohon bantuan TV3 untuk highlight dalam ruang aduan rakyat supaya tindakan diambil segera kepada pemaju. Kami sebagai pembeli telah cukup menderita untuk menunggu apartmen ini siap.

Saya ingin membuat aduan mengenai satu kedai dengan papan tanda ‘P**K P****’ yang disyaki menjalani kegiatian maksiat.

Pada tengah hari ini, semasa saya tengah tunggu kereta saya siap untuk service di satu bengkel dekat the strand kota damansara, saya nampak berapa perempuan yang berpakaian seksi turun dari kedai sebelah bengkel, saya diberitahu pekerja bengkel bahawa atas kedai adalah satu rumah pelacuran warga asing yang sudah beroperasi lama semenjak berapa tahun lalu.

Saya sebagai seorang yang beragama islam yang tinggal di kota damansara berharap polis and pihak imigresen boleh menyiasat dan menghapuskan kegiatan maksiat ini secepat mungkin.

Saya ingin memohon kerjasama dan perhatian daripada pihak Aduan Rakyat berkenaan dengan projek perumahan di Taman Sri Landeh, Kuching, Sarawak. Projek ini dimajukan oleh kontraktor Kenyalang Avenue Sdn Bhd. Lokasi projek ini adalah di bawah pihak berkuasa tempatan, Majlis Perbandaran Padawan (MPP).

Projek ini dijanjikan untuk siap dalam masa dua tahun selepas pembinaan bermula pada awal tahun 2016. Namun demikian, sehingga hari ini, bangunan yang telah siap hanya boleh dipandang dan dilihat disebabkan oleh kelewatan pihak perbandaran dan kurangnya kerjasama daripada pihak pemaju dalam menyegerakan kelulusan permit menduduki (OP).

Surat demi surat yang dihantar oleh saya kepada pihak pemaju dan MPP, dibalas seolah-olah bukan cuba untuk menyelesaikan masalah, namun cuba untuk menuding jari antara satu sama lain. Panggilan telefon yang dibuat ke atas unit yang berkaitan di MPP memberikan alasan tidak cukup kakitangan untuk mempercepatkan proses tersebut sangat tidak dapat diterima sama sekali.

Assalammualaikum wbt..saya ingin memohon daripada pihak aduan rakyat supaya dapat ketengah hal Duan daripada saya ini..saya ada salah seorang pembeli rumah Semi-D di Salak tinggi, Sepang Selangor.

Mengikut perjanjian jual beli yang telah ditetapkan rumah tersebut sepatutnye telah diserahkan pada October 2016, tetapi sehingga hari ini masih lagi tidak diserahkan oleh pemaju..

Pemaju tersebut adalah Gethrahome Sdn bhd yang berpangkalan di Seksyen 7, Shah Alam. Saya telah beberapa kali bertanyakan pasal hal ini melalui telefon dan juga berjumpa dengan pemilik pemaju ini tetapi semua janji yang diberi adalah dusta semata-mata..

Saya juga ada membuay aduan di Kementerian Perumahan tetapi sehingga sekarang projek itu masih lagi tiada progress apa-apa..saya sebagai pembeli menaggung rugi untuk membayar interest kepada pihak bank selama 4 tahun, jumlahnye semakin bulan semakin besar setakat hari ini anggaran saya telah membayar kepada pihak adalah sebanyak RM100,000.00 tanpa pergerakan pokok hutang pembiayaan saya..saya juga dapat janji palsu daripada pihak pemaju yang akan memberi saguhati sebab kelewatan ini, pada 2018 sept pemilik pemaju ini berjanji akan siap ada dec’18 tetapi tiada pergerakan apa-apa, dan ditanyakan lagi pada bulan lepas iaitu Jan’19 dan pemilik tersebut berjanji lagi yang unit tersebut akan siap pada june’19..

saya berharap pihak aduan rakyat dapat memanggil dan menyiarkan berita ini dalam waktu siaran TV3 buletin utama. Tiada jalan lain untuk saya ajukan perkara ini dan pemilik pemaju ini anggap kami sebagai pembeli mesti ikut apa yang akan terjadi..
